Cancellation / Refund Policy

Payment options are discussed up front at the quote/proposal stage to arrive at a method most suitable to both of us. For small value projects (below US $ 500), we accept payments in our PayPal account; you can pay with your PayPal account if you have one or with your credit card (Visa, Master, Amex). For payments of $ 500 and above, we accept payment through PayPal, Checks and direct bank transfer.

InteleANTS, in general, collects payments at the time of actual completion and hand-over of work. However, new clients without a credit hostory may be asked to make a partial payment in advance. If the clients requests an interim cancellation or is dissatisfied with the service, the refund is made as per terms agreed.
