InteleANTS collects advance payments for certain projects prior to the completion of the work. For most of the services advance fees is not charged. But, in cases where a client is dissatisfied with the service, issues with the refund of the payment arise. InteleANTS follows the agreements made with each individual client for refunding payments.

Cancellation and Refund

InteleANTS sells services and may collect advance payments from customers before delivering services. InteleANTS will refund advance payments, if any, as per the individual agreements made with the buyer. InteleANTS invoices customers for services rendered as per the terms agreed with the buyer. If the buyer is dissatisfied with the service rendered, refunds will be processed as per the terms of the agreement with the buyer.
