We strictly do not reveal any information about our clients or any work done for them without securing prior permission. How does it work?

If you have a project that you want to outsource, you can request a bid through the Bid Request Form. We provide you a detailed proposal which will include our approach, proposed methodology, mile-stones and delivery schedule, project status reporting, deliverables, payment structure and other information specifically applicable to the project. After mutual agreement of the terms, our virtual workforce executes the project and reports the progress as agreed. You shall pay us as per the agreed terms.

Can I trust you? How reliable are you?

Our trustworthiness & reliability has been well established with several hundred clients. Don’t take our word for it. We will provide you with references. If you want to check references for specific projects that we have listed in our portfolio we will try and provide that after obtaining the clients concurrence. We will also provide you references to online sources where you will find feedback about us.

How can I pay you?

Payment options can be discussed up front at the proposal stage to arrive at a method most suitable to both of us. For small value projects (below US $ 1000), we accept payments in our PayPal account; you can pay with your PayPal account if you have one or with your credit card (Visa, Master, Amex). For payments of $ 1000 & above, we accept PayPal, cheques & direct bank transfer. We also use escrow accounts when both parties need security against default.
