• InteleANTS supports the internet marketing initiatives of several businesses (mostly in the USA). We have mandates to manage, end-to-end, all internet marketing activities of some clients.  This position will be primarily responsible for communications and collaterals, with potential for additional responsibilities.

  KRA:To drive internet sales via direct email marketing& affiliate marketing. Will be responsible for communication to & relationships with affiliates / online sales partners & for the development of online and offline marketing collaterals – brochures, fliers, presentations, banners, etc.

Profile:

• Minimum 2 year experience in managing PPC campaigns on multiple channels (Google, Yahoo, MSN/Bing, Miva, etc) for international clients. Experience in managing SEM for Internet Retailers is mandatory.
• Prior experience in managing monthly budgets of at least $1,000 per day is necessary.
• Must be familiar with aspects of SEM–keyword research, campaign design, ad copy writing, analytics, measurement and reporting.
• Must work closely with the in-house Website Analytics Team and Client Marketing & Merchandising teams.

The position will entail handling ad spends of $ 10,000 to 200,000 per month and those with experience.

• KRA:To achieve targeted sales and/or website conversions via Pay-per-click channels within budgeted ROI /cost goals

Profile:

• Minimum 1 year experience in handling multiple SEO mandates for international clients.
• Must be familiar with aspects of SEO - on page & off page SEO, emerging trends & techniques in SEO, coordinate all aspects of SEO - research, analysis, execution, measurement and reporting.
• Experience in executing SEO projects for online retail sites is valuable.

Proven experience in internet marketing, especially in the US market is necessary. A good understanding of the most important aspects of internet marketing is expected:

• Online retail channels – Amazon, eBay, Buy.com etc
• Shopping comparison engines
• Social marketing

The candidate should possess 5+ years of relevant experience & must be able to lead a team - internal (employees) & external (service providers / freelancers). Excellent written and verbal communication & social skills to interface with senior management in client organizations are essential. Felicity with numbers and strong analytical skills are desirable.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics or Statistics or Engineering; MBA an advantage
• Felicity with numbers & business statistics; ability to handle complex and high volume of data

• Background: Position will be attached to an Internet retail account to deliver data analysis and related support services.

  Essential Responsibilities:

  • Collect, evaluate, analyze & interpret data for decision making.
  • Develop data and business models and build Decision Support Systems for improving the lifetime values of a customer, increase average order size and conversion rates.
  • Analyze data, design marketing programs and collaborate with the marketing team to implement, evaluate and improve marketing performance.

  Duties in Detail:

  • Develop reports and models that clearly state implications and potential courses of action for business strategy
  • Responsible for special projects that provide analytical support for larger company projects
  • Analyze, streamline, and standardize the reporting process and continuously improve the system

• Technical development, maintenance and support for a wide range of websites for international clients.  The job requires  experience developing high performance and scalable code built on a Web 2.0 LAMP stack for a wide range of applications ranging from simple to very complex. This role would suit an experienced, hands-on and results driven developer who loves to work with a wide range of technical challenges and can work concurrently on multiple projects.
